  Quite popular all year round, they offer pre-designed hot pot dishes here. You pick a type of dish and they bring it out to you with a burner underneath to keep it hot while you're eating it. It's quite flavorful. There are sauces you can also choose from to add flavor to your meal.
  
  Long waits on weekend nights or during the week if it's cold. Popular date place, too.
  
  If you're looking for the more traditional hot-pot kind of dish where you can select multiple ingredients and cook them as you want to eat them, then this probably isn't the right place to go to.

  First time here and didn't have a very good experience. Firstly, waited about 30 minutes to get seated. Get called in and there are 3 or 4 tables empty, workers are incredibly slow to clear tables and get people seated. It was like that the entire time I was there. Service is slow overall. Had to call a waiter over to take our order after waiting around 10 minutes. Our food came out and about half way into eating, we noticed our "hot" pots didn't have the fires lit when they gave them to us so we had lukewarm soup by the end of the meal. I enjoyed my food, but the other half of my group didn't because the food was much to spicy for them, really their own fault for ordering the most spicy thing there. Overall, the food was good in my opinion but the service was horrible. Probably won't come here again.

  One of the best if not the best hot pot around, hence the long wait time. Plenty of seating though and service is fast and efficient! Highly recommend!
