They have the silkiest rice noodle wraps 腸粉。If you are shrimp lover be sure to try the crispy grilled tofu skin wrap over shrimps 脆皮鮮蝦卷，and the fried shrimp paste ball drumsticks on mini sugar cane sticks 蔗蝦球。Very few dim sum place in Calif. offers these dishes. Arrive early on weekends and holidays brunch hours , otherwise expect long wait up to 45 minutes.July 11, 2016
